  Very pleasant staff. Very friendly. Signs are posted about any kind of charges. No suprises of any kind. Im looking at the other comments and cant help but laugh at the 1 star guys. Signs explaining notary requirements are posted at the front door. And they do notarize all documents them and there. They let you sign and let you leave sooner if needed. That is what they're doing in between customers before they call the next person. There is even a sign explaining that inspections are only valid for 90 days.
  All in all I had a very pleasant experience and recommend to any.
