  My husband and I lived in Gann Village for nearly three years. Our townhouse of about 1850 sq. feet was poorly built, the ceilings were only 7 feet 6 inches (although we had been promised 8 feet), most walls were not square, the back yard was never landscaped, the kitchen was poorly designed and had to be re-done, the basement room flooded every time it rained, the front yard was poorly maintained and always had weeds, the developer (Tom Gann) controlled everything and raised monthly fees any time he felt like it. I would advise everyone away from buying anything in Gann Village.
