    I knew the minute I drove through the gate that this mountain development was unique and exactly what I was looking for. Aesthetics abound as the development concept, lots and homes are all one with nature. Mature foliage and trees that are kept in place all add to the beauty of this community. Every lot has a different view that can only be experienced by walking them and standing to take in every vantage point. One of the things I liked best in buying our lot, was that we are a few years away from being able to move there full-time and there was no timeframe that was required to build. This allowed us to purchase our lot and take our time planning the next phase of our lives. Taryn and Peter, are so accommodating and helpful and willing to work with anyone interested in buying at The Boulders. We are so excited to call The Boulders home and travel twice a year from Connecticut just to visit our property, meet new neighbors and see what new houses have been built. I would recommend this wonderful community to anyone who wants a mountain home.
