  I absolutely love this gym and it’s owner, Shelly. She does an amazing job at working every part of the body. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to technique and most importantly, injury prevention. Shelly really does know her stuff. She is a doctor of chiropractic medicine which is definitely a plus for gym members. The gym atmosphere is fun and welcoming. Most importantly, it is a great place to meet good friends.
